Private Advisory Call
You request a call. We speak. Direct questions about your business: current position, what's not working, what you're trying to achieve, what you've already tried.
This conversation tells both of us whether there's a fit and what kind of engagement makes sense.

Strategic Audit
If we move forward, we start with a full audit. Business model, revenue structure, team, brand positioning, market fit, competitive environment, and key gaps.
Depending on complexity, the process takes 2–4 weeks. You receive a written audit document, not a presentation with good colors, but a working document that tells you exactly where you stand and what we're dealing with.
Roadmap & Execution Plan
Based on the audit, we build the roadmap. The plan is phased, prioritized, and linked to your actual resources and timeline.
Every recommendation is grounded in what can be executed, not what looks good in theory. We review it together. We challenge it. We refine it until it's right.
