Raluca Ioana Man founded RSEVEN after nearly two decades in strategic advisory, business development, brand positioning, and board-level work across international markets.

With academic foundations in International Business, finance & economics, and an MBA, her work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, commercial decision-making, and positioning. She also serves as an independent non-executive director and ESG chairperson for a publicly listed company, with additional advisory and governance mandates across multiple sectors.

RSEVEN advises established companies, founders, CEOs, and boards at points where decisions carry weight: structural constraint, stalled growth, acquisition, capital raise, market repositioning, succession, or strategic transition.

Mandates are accepted selectively, with only a limited number of active engagements held at any one time.

RSEVEN advises on business strategy, market positioning, revenue structure, business model review, and executive-level decision-making.

Every engagement is private, practical, and built around the real commercial situation of the business: the constraints, the decisions, the options, and the consequences. All work is conducted under full non-disclosure.
